Each year, in association with Croner Reward, we publish Personnal Rewards, a survey of salaries of people in personnel and training.
The 2007 survey, which was carried out between July and August 2007, includes: base pay, pay awards, bonus payments, pensions, company cars, paid leave and health cover.
