What is the NVQ Level 3 in Personnel Support?

NVQ Level 3 in Personnel Support covers the skills needed to help you support the personnel function in your organisation.

Who's eligible?

This qualification is aimed at anyone who's responsible for supporting the delivery of HR procedures, either as part of a HR department or working alone to support managers within a small organisation, and anyone who acts as a supervisor.

There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.
This qualification will give you NQF Qualification level 3 and Associate membership

What does it cover?

In total you'll complete twelve units (three are mandatory and  nine units are optional).

How long does it take to complete?

It usually takes between 12-18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
