The CIPD NED directory

This directory is for:

• prospective non-executive directors - publicise your interest in becoming a NED
• prospective appointers of non-executive directors - see details of those seeking a NED position.

It is intended for not-for-profit, public and private sector organisations. Most public and not-for-profit sector roles are unpaid. The fee for private sector roles varies depending on the nature and size of the business.

The general terms of use of this website apply. In addition:

• Only chartered members of the CIPD can join the register.
  
• This is not a commercial service.
  
• The CIPD does not do any ‘quality checks’ and takes no responsibility or liability for the individuals on the directory.
  
• The CIPD reserves the right to remove anyone from the directory of chartered members.
  
• There is no guarantee that chartered members registering on this directory will be approached as prospective non-executive directors.
  
• The CIPD reserves the right to prohibit or remove any company, organisation or individual who uses the directory other than for its stated purposes.
