Job satisfaction rises as workers grin and bear it


Our new quarterly survey of more than 3,000 employees suggests that worried workers' response to the recession is to grin and bear it. Job satisfaction may have increased, but 52% of respondents say their stress levels have gone up and 37% are living in fear of redundancy.
