The CIPD has joined forces with human capital management consultancy Penna on a major piece of research on generational diversity. Penna is carrying out online research across six European countries, asking 5,500 employees about generational differences in motivations, aspirations and attitudes to work, followed by an exploration of how organisations are responding to the challenges presented. The findings will be published in late summer.
A series of focus groups are being held among senior HR, learning and development and diversity professionals later this month as part of the project.
