Dave Bradley has been appointed group HR director at QinetiQ. He joins the company from RBS where he was HR director for global transaction services for over a year. Bradley has a wide range of experience previously working at Exxon, ASDA, BAA Heathrow, Ernst & Young and DTZ Holdings.

May Gurney, the support services company, has appointed David Billingham group HR director with responsibility for overseeing the development of the group’s people management, training and rewards programmes for May Gurney’s 6,100 UK staff. Billingham joins May Gurney from Serco plc where he was HR director for the local government and commercial business.

Peverel Property Management (PPM) has appointed Kevin Gaugler divisional head of HR to work across its diverse property portfolio. Gaugler joined the Peverel Group as a personnel and training manager in February 2011. Before joining Peverel, he spent 10 years in the recruitment industry where he held various HR positions.
