National Express has appointed Jenifer Richmond HR director for its Coach business. Richmond joins the coach network from public services provider Amey where she has held two divisional HR roles over the past four years. She began her career at Boots where she held a number of management posts and was also people and change director at Arriva for over six years.
Law firm Pannone has appointed Simran Foote as head of HR. Foote joins from national firm Irwin Mitchell where she was head of HR and training. A former chartered accountant who trained at PwC, Foote has 15 years of HR experience in law firms and previously held a number of HR roles at Addleshaw Goddard.
Tracey Clarke, group head of HR and communications at Standard Chartered Bank, has been appointed to the Sky board as an independent non-executive director. She replaces Dame Gail Rebuck who is set to retire as director of BSkyB, after 9 years with the company.
Balfour Beatty Capital Group has appointed Shannon Ross in the newly created role of vice president HR. Ross comes to Balfour Beatty from ARAMARK, a global professional services company, where she served as HR director within ARAMARK's Higher Education division. During her 13 years with ARAMARK, Ross also held positions as HR director for the company's operations at the Beijing Olympics, and similar roles with their Correctional Services and Sports & Entertainment divisions.
Advertsing company Saatchi & Saatchi has appointed Natalia Schultz executive vice president and chief talent officer of the Americas. Schultz has many years’ experience in advertising and previously held the same role at Grey Worldwide.
