Social mobility survey
How far does social background affect entry into and progress within HR? And what factors support or hinder that progress? The CIPD is inviting members to take part in an online survey to help build a picture of social mobility in the HR profession. As well as questions on people’s experiences and ambitions coming into the profession, it also aims to gain insight into the role of HR professionals in promoting social mobility in their organisations. The deadline of 7 August is fast approaching, but the survey will only take 10-15 minutes to complete.
