Feedback
Caroline has worked for retail organisations in learning and development for the last 15 years. Throughout this time her commitment has been to enable people to be the best they can be, whatever their role or potential.
Having graduating with an MSc in Personnel and Business Administration from Aston University in 1993 Caroline joined Kingfisher to co-ordinate their new graduate recruitment and development initiative. Within a year she was managing the scheme which involved recruiting and developing 40 graduates into an international business each year. Following a short stint in generalist HR at MVC Caroline moved to a management development role in Woolworths. She worked in a variety of roles whilst at Woolworths including Career and Succession Manager; it was whilst she was in this role that Woolworths demerged from Kingfisher. After this she took the role of Group Leadership Development Manager for Woolworths Group where she was responsible for talent and executive development. Caroline joined Selfridges in January 2006 where she now heads up the learning and development function across the business.
