Jacqueline Keddy

Detective Chief Inspector Jacqueline Keddy - Leadership Academy Met Police. Lead consultant for coaching, mentoring and action learning. Jacqueline Keddy has 25 years service in the Metropolitan Police Service and has worked both operationally and on various boroughs, including the Directorate of Professional standards, Child Abuse Investigation Command and within several highly Specialist Crime Directorates. Jacqueline has conducted extensive research into various public and private organisations and explored several coaching models and has focussed on a solution-focused hybrid approach. Jacqueline has been instrumental in delivering, evaluating and rolling out Leadership Academy coaching to various leadership tiers and police staff within the Met.

Coaching is also offered during the first 100 days upon promotion and the coaching programme is aspiring to be accredited by the European and Mentoring Coaching Council. Presently Jacqueline is exploring coaching micro-tools to embed FAST coaching conversations within the organisation.
