Richard Higginson

Richard Higginson has designed reward programmes for tea farms in East Africa, electricity companies in the Caribbean, oil palm plantations in Papua New Guinea, tobacco farms in South America and pharmaceutical factories in Europe and China.

He has led Compensation at CDC, the British government's investment bank for the developing world, International Assignments & Policy at British American Tobacco, International Benefits at GlaxoSmithKline, and now Reward at Towry Law.

Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has earned a reputation for challenging HR's approach to Reward. He is writing a book on airport smoking lounges of the world.
