Helen Wright

1991 saw Helen graduating in Electronic Media Design from Gloucester University and embarking on a career in the creative industries.

After working in the United States as a digital art director for EDS and the American Postal Services, Helen worked with a number of London based agencies on campaigns including; Speedo, Kickers, BBC Worldwide, National Geographic and 20th Century Fox.

In 2001 Helen joined and later became Managing Director of I-D Media, a German digital marketing agency with UK subsidiary based in London. During her tenure, Helen led many successful pitches including T-Mobile and Urban Splash

Following on from I-D Media, Helen moved to Draft as a board director to head up their digital and new business operations, winning MTV and Visit Britain within the first six months.

As happy as Helen was, her overwhelming passion was to instigate best people strategies within advertising and marketing agencies.

In 2005, Helen had the opportunity to join iris and put her belief into practice; to equip agencies with the skills they need to identify and develop opportunities for sustainable growth through the increased performance of their people… and to wear great shoes.
