Sue Laverick

Sue joined Cadbury Limited, the UK Chocolate Confectionery division of Cadbury Schweppes, in April 1989 and trained as a Confectioner in the Research and Development department at Bourneville. She gained an Honours Degree in Management and Technology in 1998, through the Open University. Prior to joining the HR team, she also worked in Cadbury World, Finance and Logistics.

In June 2002 she joined the newly created Cadbury Schweppes' HR Services Department working in the Employee Benefits team. In January 2004 she was appointed UK Employee Benefits Manager in which role she is responsible for providing benefits for all Cadbury Schweppes UK employees - around 7,200 people in total. Cadbury Schweppes offers its employees both a flexible benefits and voluntary benefits package - branded "mychoices". In October 2005 she took on additional responsibility for Car Fleet.

Sue has a wide knowledge in the areas of Personnel, HR, Customer Service and Benefits. She also has a broad understanding of the confectionery division and the use of the SAP HR system.
