The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) announced the winners of the thirtieth Recruitment Marketing Awards at the Awards Dinner held in London, 7 July. Celebrating excellence in the field of recruitment marketing, the most talked about organisation of the night was the Army.
The Army’s recruitment campaign, with agency Skive, scooped no less than four awards and the Grand Prix, given to the brand/agency deemed to have produced the most outstanding recruitment marketing activity of the past year.
The new award category introduced this year – Agency of the Year – was won by TCS, having proved their ability to source the very best talent for their clients through developing creative and effective marketing campaigns.
The winners of all 14 categories include:
• Best art direction: Client – Orange UFO, Agency – TCS
• Best recruitment website: Client – The Army, Agency – Skive
• Best candidate experience: Client – Nando’s, Agency – andsome
• Best press advertisement: Client - Blandford Sub Aqua, Agency – Wave
• Best digital recruitment: Client – The Army, Agency – Skive
• Best internal recruitment communication: Client - Kraft Foods, Agency - JWT Inside
• Best graduate recruitment: Client - Barclays Capita, Agency - Stafford Long
• Best copywriting: Client – Qinetiq, Agency – aia
• Campaign of the year: Client - The Army, Agency – Skive
• Best employer brand: Client – Zizzi, Agency – andsome
• Best outdoor recruitment: Client - Hertfordshire Constabulary, Agency - Bernard Hodes
• Recruitment effectiveness award: Client – The Army, Agency – Skive
• Diversity award: Client – NHS, Agency – TMP Worldwide
• Agency of the Year: Agency – TCS
• Grand Prix: Client: – The Army, Agency - Skive
