Frances Wilson is the Manager, International Research in the Research and Policy Department at CIPD. She has project managed CIPD research in the areas of International HRM and HRD including work on globalising HRM, International Recruitment, Selection and Assessment, International Reward and International Mergers and Acquisitions.
Frances also manages the International Forum which provides networking and learning opportunities for CIPD members with International roles. She also represents CIPD on HR associations around the globe and was part of the steering group for EAPM’s recent pan-European research project into the Future of HR in conjunction with Boston Consulting Group.
Prior to joining CIPD, she was an HR professional for ten years and has studied and lived overseas.
