Biography Christina has a varied career background, combining research, teaching and managerial experience in public and private sector companies. Her research interests include: strategic HR, including HR’s role in managing for knowledge; career and talent management; flexible working, as well as research linked to diversity in the workplace, such as age and employment and women and employment. Recent research reports produced as part of an Equal funded programme, and completed with former colleagues at Roehampton University, include: Implementing Diversity Policies: Guiding Principles and Effective Recruitment Strategies. Addressing Skills Needs and Gender Diversity Challenges in ITEC and Related Sectors. Christina is the research lead for the CIPD’s new Research and Engagement Programme – Shaping The Future – which is investigating sustainable high performance in fast changing organizational contexts.
