Biography

Claire joined the CIPD in 2008. She is responsible for research exploring aspects of effective talent management strategies and manages the CIPD’s Resourcing and Talent Forum. She also co-leads the CIPD’s quarterly Employee Outlook survey and worked on research on Next Generation HR in Asia. Her current projects explore shared purpose, trust and future talent management trends.

Prior to joining the CIPD, Claire was Principal Researcher at Roffey Park where her research topics included work-life balance, flexible working, employee volunteering, talent management and diversity, as well as Roffey Park’s annual Management Agenda Survey. Claire has also worked with a range of clients on research tailored to their needs and consultancy projects.
