Public policy affects the working lives of HR professionals every day; through employment law, regulation and regulatory codes of practice. The Government’s interest in areas such as flexible working and discrimination have an impact on those working in people management and development. It is therefore necessary that the CIPD represents the public policy interests of its’ members and of the wider HR community.
The public policy poll is designed to explore members’ views on a wide range of topical issues. Each poll runs for around four weeks with the results published on the Previous Results page in a short report. We are currently running a public policy poll exploring your views on the new 14-19 Diplomas.
