About the CIPD Advanced level certificate in Human Resources
Our Advanced level certificate is smaller than the Advanced level diplomas and takes on average between 9-12 months to complete on a part-time taught basis. This may vary if you choose a full-time, block, supported distance learning or mixed mode programme. It is designed for those who wish to develop specialist knowledge in a particular area, and/or do not want to undertake a full diploma.
As all the modules form part of the Advanced level diploma, you can also use the Certificate to work towards meeting the knowledge requirements for CIPD professional membership (Associate, Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow) by taking additional modules to achieve a full Advanced level Diploma.
