An Advanced level award in Human Resources equates to 15 credits on the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications in England (FHEQ). Depending on the modules selected, an award can take between 3-6 months to complete on a part-time taught basis. This may vary if you choose a full-time, block, supported distance learning or mixed mode programme.
As all the modules form part of the Advanced level diploma, you can also use your award to work towards meeting the knowledge requirements for CIPD professional membership (Associate, Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow) by taking additional modules to achieve a full Advanced level diploma.
