What is it?
Our NVQ Level 4 in Co-ordination of Learning and Development Provision covers the skills needed to efficiently manage the resources that support the learning and development function in your organisation.
Who's eligible?
This qualification is aimed at anyone who's involved in ensuring that there are sufficient resources to meet organisational and individual learning needs.
There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment, as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.
What does it cover?
In total you'll complete seven units (six units mandatory and one optional).
How long does it take to complete?
It usually takes 12-18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
