What is it?
The NVQ in Management of Learning and Development Provision covers the skills needed to efficiently manage the resources that support the learning and development function in your organisation.
Who's eligible?
This qualification is aimed at anyone who's responsible for supporting the strategic function of learning and development.
There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment, as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.
What does it cover?
In total you'll complete eight units (six are mandatory and two are optional).
How long does it take to complete?
It usually takes 12-18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
