NVQ Level 5 in Learning and Development

 
 
 

What is it?

The NVQ Level 5 in Learning and Development covers the skills you need to develop the learning and development strategy in your organisation.

Who's eligible?

This qualification is aimed at anyone who's working at a strategic level and is responsible for managing learning and development within an organisation.

There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment, as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.
This qualification will give you NQF Qualifcation level 5 and Licentiate membership

What does it cover?

In total you'll complete 12 units (eight are mandatory and four optional).

How long does it take to complete?

It usually takes 12-18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
