What is the NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading?

The CIPD NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading covers the core team leading skills needed to provide you with a stepping stone into management.

Who's eligible for the NVQ 2 in Team Leading?

This qualification is aimed at anyone who is responsible for leading a team.

There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment, as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.

What does the NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading cover?

This NVQ is made up of six units, four of which are mandatory. You may select two optional units from a list of seven.

How long does it take to complete?

It usually takes 12-18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
