What is the NVQ Level 4 in Personnel Management?

NVQ Level 4 in Personnel Management covers the skills needed to manage the personnel function in your organisation.

Who's eligible?

This qualification is aimed at anyone who manages a HR department, anyone who has full responsibility for HR within a small or medium-sized organisation, and line managers.

There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.

 

What does it cover?

In total you'll complete 12 units (six units mandatory and four optional).

How long does it take to complete?

It usually takes between 12-18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
