What is the NVQ Level 5 in Personnel Strategy?

The CIPD NVQ Level 5 in Personnel Strategy covers the skills needed to help you develop the personnel strategy in your organisation.

Who's eligible?

This qualification is aimed at anyone involved in developing the HR strategy of an organisation.

There are no formal entry requirements, but it's recommended that you're in current employment, as you'll be expected to provide evidence from your workplace.

 
This qualification will give you NQF level 5 and Licentiate membership

What does it cover?

In total you'll complete 12 units, seven units are mandatory and you may choose five optional units from a list of ten.

How long does it take to complete?

On average it will take 12 - 18 months to complete this qualification and it's offered on a part-time basis. The level of attendance and duration will depend on where you choose to study.
