Where to get CIPD qualified

Once you have decided that the educational route to membership is the best route for you, you need to choose what course you want to study and how you want to study it.

You can choose to study:

  • at a CIPD approved centre - our network of centres offer a range of full-time or part-time programmes. All of which lead to a grade of CIPD membership.
  • by flexible learning - you can learn in your own time. A network of flexible learning providers, including CIPD Enterprises, offer the Professional Development Scheme and other CIPD qualifications.

  • Find out more about CIPD Flexible Learning+

You can search for a centre or for a flexible learning provider in two ways:

Search by centre (quick search)

If you know the centre where you would like to study, scroll through the list to see if it is one of our approved centres. Then select it to find out which programme(s) it offers.

Search by programme (advanced search)

Follow the steps below to find a centre near you that offers the programme you would like to study:

  1. Select a programme, for example, Certificate in Personnel Practice
  2. Select the mode of study you would prefer, for example, full-time
  3. Select the county in which you would like to study, for example, Hampshire

What to do next

Please contact centres directly for more information on their programme(s) or for details of course fees. Once you have enrolled on a programme you'll need to join at our grade of membership called studying Affiliate. Your centre will tell you how to join.
