Flexible learning Study without having to commit to full- or part- time attendance at a centre. Instead of attending regular classes, you\'ll be provided with material to be studied in your own time. You\'ll attend regular workshops with other students and have access to your tutor, and can start and finish a course at any time of the year.
Block releaseEnables you to study for your CIPD qualification in a series of \'blocks\' of days and combine this with attendance at work.
Professional assessment against CIPD Standards Relevant if:
Instead of studying for a qualification, you\'ll work with your professional assessment centre (PAC) to put together a portfolio of evidence to show how your background and expertise match our Professional Standards at practitioner-level. Successful assessment against all of the four standards will lead to Graduate membership.
