Coaching

 

  • We worked with Ashridge Centre for Excellence in Coaching on a project examining coaching provision in UK organisations. We published the report on the research Developing Coaching Capability in Organisations in April 2008. It includes case studies providing insights into the practices and experiences of leading organisations.
  • We published a summary of initial findings from the study in a free report Coaching in Organisations. This includes case studies showing how M&G and Orange structure their internal coaching offers
  • In 2006 we carried out a research project on coaching supervision and in December 2006 we published a 'change agenda' report Coaching Supervision: Maximising the potential of coaching based on the research.


  • The research included in-depth case studies looking at coaching supervision at the BBC, Centre for Excellence in Leadership and Greater Manchester Police, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Standard Chartered Bank 


    A short report summarising some of the main findings of the coaching supervision research was prepared for delegates to the CIPD Coaching Conference in September 2006.
