The CIPD and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) are collaborating on a research project to explore the relationship between HR and recruitment agencies, and to provide advice and guidance on working together effectively. Through case study examples, the research will provide insights into different approaches organisations and agencies are taking to manage this partnership.
We will be publishing a guide and a practical tool from this research, which will be available on the CIPD website in Summer 2008.
