- In a recent CIPD podcast, four leading experts talk about the future of global HR. The starting point for the discussion is the Boston Consulting Group's new global survey, Creating People Advantage: How to Address HR Challenges Worldwide through 2015.
- We worked with Development Dimensions International (DDI) to provide you with a short survey report on the current status of leadership and leadership development. The report grew out of a larger study by DDI, Global Leadership Forecast 2008/2009. The data presented in the short report contrast the responses from HR professionals and organisational leaders in the UK with their counterparts on the world stage.
- Our new report International Mergers and Acquisitions: How can HR play a strategic role? (April 2008) draws on new case study research and data from a large-scale survey into employment policies and practices. It examines key issues like the challenges for the HR function, knowledge transfer in international mergers and acquisitions, and international policy making and networking.
We published a separate free report on the survey phase of the research, HR in International Mergers and Acquisitions.
- In October 2006 we published a research report on developing a compensation and benefits strategy in an international context. International Reward and Recognition is available for purchase online in our bookstore.

Three leading academics – Hilary Harris, Chris Brewster and Paul Sparrow – carried out the work for us. We produced a number of important publications based on this work:
