  Introduces the set of guiding principles for managing successful international mergers and acquisitions

  Summarising the latest findings of the research looking into the politics of mergers and acquisitions and the role of HR. Phase 1 that examined 12 organisations in 6 sectors has been completed. Phase 2, looking in depth at 4 case study organisations will be completed in 2003.
