As part of our focus on sustainable high performance, we are examining issues of innovation and change within the workplace. With the nature of change changing, companies need to get to grips with a range of strategic challenges that go beyond their past experience. With continuing changes in technology and employee expectations, we need to revisit some basic assumptions about how work gets done. This survey examines some of these issues and asks questions on key strategic challenges that HR and management in general are currently facing - such as winning the war for talent, generating a higher level of employee engagement, the changing nature of the workforce. The survey is targeted at both HR and non-HR professionals and should take no longer than 15-20mins.
