  • The CIPD and Acas jointly funded a study exploring the impact of management handling of sexual orientation, religion and belief at work. A report of the findings draws on employers’ experiences of the reality of handling these aspects of employing people in the workplace.
  • A further CIPD report draws on the earlier joint CIPD/Acas work, a networking event, and interviews with organisations to explore employers' experiences of managing SORB and highlight good practice.
  • The Employment Law FAQs section of this site includes frequently asked questions and answers on the legal aspects of sexual orientation discrimination.  (This service is for CIPD members only.)
