Ongoing research
New research, planned for 2007/08, using illustrative case studies, will look at how and if business practice has changed since the introduction of the sexual orientation discrimination legislation regulations in 2003. How are organisations measuring and monitoring their actions? What impact has the extension to goods and services made? Have businesses seen any increase in engagement, productivity/wellbeing or happiness? What have been the challenges?
