Web 2.0 has been described as a ‘people-centric web’ that stimulates conversations, interpersonal networking, personalisation and individualism. We are working on a project examining how these new technologies are influencing HR and people management.
As a first step, we have invited Professor Graeme Martin and the team from Glasgow University to prepare a discussion paper addressing the issues. The discussion document sets the context for you to give us your ideas and feedback about Web 2.0.
A full Research Report from the project will be published by the end of 2008.
