Learning and development survey
Our 2015 survey sets out the findings of the CIPD’s seventeenth annual Learning and development survey, examining current practices and trends within learning and development.
One of the highlights in the survey this year is L&D capability gaps (such as analytical and technological skills) and many report a lack of confidence in using learning technology and yet also predict growth in areas such as e-learning, virtual classrooms and social learning.

In May 2016 CIPD supported a new report published by strategic partner Towards Maturity called Preparing for the Future of Learning - A Changing Perspective for L&D Leaders. This report presents the evidence for leaders in learning and development to reflect on changing approaches to workplace learning and consider the skills they need for the future.
