After you have answered all the questions in your session, you are able to generate four reports based on the answers you have given. The reports are:

1. A 'Development Report' focusing on those areas in which you claim no knowledge and experience.

2. A 'Query Report' listing skills and knowledge areas about which you are unsure and have little competence.

3. A 'Moderate Competence Report' listing skills and knowledge areas about which you have moderate competence.

4. A 'Competence Report' highlighting the parts of the CIPD Professional Standards in which you feel most competent.

Reports can be printed or saved.
