The CIPD has brought together a small number of companies already recognised as ‘human capital champions’ to participate in a panel. This first report from the Human Capital Panel describes the participants’ experience of human capital evaluation and translates this experience into useful examples of practice for other HR professionals. For each participating company, it covers:
- the data used for reporting purposes
- measures being developed and used
- how human capital information is reported both internally and externally
- how human capital reporting is linked to bottom-line indicators.
The second report from the Panel was published in October 2006 and the third in July 2007.
