Managing People and Knowledge in Professional Service Firms
This is the latest report from Bath University building on our work on people management and business performance and our understanding of the contribution of HR practice to business performance. This report looks at how organisations translate their human capital into organisational value. It takes knowledge as its starting point, discussing how organisations acquire, develop and retain knowledge and how the knowledge of individuals is embedded into products and services. It then goes on to discuss the implications or HR practice.
