This report is based on the ninth annual survey of labour turnover conducted by the CIPD. It contains information on redundancy and recruiting difficulties, costs of turnover and attitudes to it.
It shows the latest turnover rates at 16.1% for the UK, and 10% for Ireland, with an average cost of £4,301 per leaver. The report provides:
