Annual survey report
This is the twelfth annual Learning and Talent Development survey. The survey examines current practices within learning and talent development and explores the issues affecting the profession now and in the future. While a number of new questions have been introduced, the majority of questions remain the same as last year, giving us the ability to provide useful benchmark data.
This year we have explored the areas of:
- employer support for learning
- talent management
- managing and evaluating coaching
- economic circumstances and training spend.
