Annual survey report 2009
The 2009 Recruitment, retention and turnover survey report provides information on current and emerging trends in people resourcing practice. This annual benchmarking survey is based on 755 respondent organisations from the UK and relates to the period 1 January to 31 December 2008.
The report looks at resourcing strategies and objectives, recruitment difficulties, attracting and selecting candidates, diversity strategies, labour turnover and staff retention.
New sections have been included this year on resourcing in turbulent times, insourcing or outsourcing and welfare-to-work initiatives, because of their topical relevance.
