We all have a little voice inside our heads. Sometimes the voice is helpful and sometimes it is unhelpful.

This tool introduces two practical techniques that can help participants ensure that their thoughts are supporting, and not contradicting, assertive behaviour. This tool works best when participants are prepared to work together very openly.
