Behaviour on the part of one person tends to trigger a response from another person - and, unfortunately, the response we get is not always the one we want. Even though it makes our goals more difficult to achieve, we may actually have triggered that response ourselves. This tool helps participants to understand what kinds of trigger behaviours give rise to what kind of response behaviours, so that they can begin to use their behaviours deliberately to get closer to the outcome they want and farther away from any outcome they do not want.
