When attempting to influence someone, there are many behaviours we use that we innocently believe improve our chances of success but which actually irritate other people, reducing our potential to influence them. This tool gives participants the opportunity to explore and understand those behaviours. It makes a useful and thought-provoking introduction to a practical session of role-play exercises. Alternatively, there is an option to include role-play exercises within this tool.
