Feedback is an essential part of any recruitment process, both for the development of candidates and the reputation of your organisation. It can often be a daunting prospect but with a few guidelines it can be very simple.

This tool uses a simple feedback model and role-plays to help participants to understand the idea of feedback and how to use it effectively in interview situations.

The tool is very participative and the exercises work best in small groups.
