Self-esteem is central to our existence as a human being, our performance and what we are like to be with. Understanding and developing self-esteem is a big topic, but this tool will give people something to think about and start the ball rolling.
Self-esteem is related to self-confidence but goes a bit deeper. Someone could be confident in one situation but not in another due to experience or relevant knowledge. Self-esteem is more constant. It is how we think about ourselves. Unfortunately, the people whose self-esteem needs a boost are unlikely to want to participate in a session about self-esteem. This tool, therefore, contains a series of exercises that will appeal to different people and are relatively easy to engage in.
