Saying no appropriately

Many participants first approach time management with the view that they have to do everything themselves. They expect to learn about how to do things more quickly, how to pack more into their working day and how to take on even more. While improving what they can do themselves effective time managers have learned to say 'no' appropriately. There comes a time when we need to say 'no' to more workload, either directly for ourselves or on behalf of our team.
