Contract for future learning

If the course has been a success, the participants will leave in an enthusiastic mood, looking forward to implementing all the useful things they have learned on the course. As the weeks go by, this enthusiasm gradually wears off when they are back in the workplace and their day-to-day stresses and tasks take over. This tool asks participants to make a commitment to put into practice what the course taught them.

When to use this tool
