Closing your training on a positive note

Training sessions should always end on a positive note including a summary of the journey participants have taken and checking for any final questions. This is also the opportunity to review what has been achieved and ensure that participants return to the workplace enthused and ready to try out new ideas. The close also provides a first stage in the evaluation process by enabling you to ask participants for their reactions to the training.
